The company operates with a strong legal and financial framework, registered under the Ministry of Finance, Internal Revenue Department, Pokhara, with its Permanent Account Number (PAN) for taxation purposes. As of Shrawan 1st, 2080 B.S., Fewa Construction transitioned into Fewa Construction Pvt. Ltd., officially registered with the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Supplies.
